New TechnologyOne Headquarters Opens, Brisbane QueenslandMonday, 19 July 2010 Incoll Management are proud to be part of the team for the 6 Star Green Star rated new HQ for TechnologyOne The new TechnologyOne headquarters which has been rated six star green star has been officially opened in Brisbane. TechnologyOne is one of Australia's most successful, publicly listed, software companies with annual revenues in excess of $120 million and offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the UK. The new HQ is located at 540 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley. Spanning 6700 sq/ft, the new TechnologyOne HQ accommodates more than 600 staff, including 220+ of Australia's most talented software developers. TechnologyOne represents Australia's largest commercial software research and development facility. TechnologyOne Executive Chairman, Adrian Di Marco, said "the $12 million fit out was designed to improve collaboration and innovation for the company's software developers, our facilities need to be at the cutting edge to attract and retain the best IT talent in the country and to compete effectively in the global software market." The office fitout project delivers a modern, open plan office space which is environmentally comfortable and flexible in design in line with good ESD principles.
