An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for a COMPETENT and EXPERIENCED Office Administrator with an interest in the property and construction industry to join a growing national Project Management firm.

THE ROLE
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support
• Responsible for HR matters within the Perth Office
• First point of contact
• Assist Executive Assistant with marketing material and business development
• Incoming / outgoing mail
• IT&C support
• Assist Project Staff with preparation of project documentation and reporting
• Document control and filing
• Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices
• Tracking of project costs
• Staff expense claims and petty cash
• Management of accounts payable

WHO YOU WILL BE
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment
• Proven ability to multi-task under pressure with a proactive approach
• Excellent time management and high attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Problem solving skills and knowledge of IT systems
