Incoll leads re-development of MAJOR new MIXED USE complex for Eastwood
Incoll have been engaged by Banna Developments as Project Manager for the redevelopment of the Eastwood Centre located in the City of Ryde. The current Eastwood Centre dates back to the early 1970's and is in need of renewal.
The new development will include two levels of high quality retail, with strong links to the streets and local retail context, with residential over, providing a new density of population to the Eastwood town centre. The mixed use development will comprise of approximately 15,000m2 of retail, 1,600m2 of commercial, approximately 200 residential units and over 950 car spaces.
